"How will I know a review has been verified?"
When reviews are verified, you will be able to see them in a different section with a verification stamp. Open Space does not guarantee 100% authentic reviews
"My review is authentic, can I post in Open Space instead of submitting a review for verification?"
Yes, you can choose any route you'd like however we cannot provide a verification stamp in open space.
"I cannot find any verified reviews"
If there is no verified reviews, that means we currently have not received any reviews for approval for that service provider. In other words, reviews are looked at and approved 24/7.
"What is the purpose of this? Who is this site for?
Our purpose is to give people the opportunity to find out the experiences others have had before they decide to book with a service provider. We've seen a rise in Instagram Hairstylists and Nail Techs where experiences have not been quite pleasant and we want people to go where they feel confident in spending their coin
